Trying kangaroo on the first evening!

A hop, swim & jump is a combination of kangaroo (delicious and tender), crocodile (rubbery and without much taste) and barramundi (a very tasty local fish). Some of us tried this for our first dinner!

After dinner, many of the world travelers tried some delicious gelato at the Night Market in Cairns.
